Bus tours of Dallas can give you an overview of the city or indulge your favorite interests. This Texas city offers much in the way of shopping, history and sights. Visitors can charter a special tour, visit the set of a favorite TV show or hop on a sightseeing bus.

All in One Tour Services

All in One Tour Services is a custom tour operator that operates in Dallas and Fort Worth. It is primarily intended for companies and groups that want to arrange a special day out.

However, they offer several tours that you can then modify to suit your needs. For example, the three-hour Dallas Highlights Tour, as the name suggests, shows you some famous sights in Dallas.

Three examples are the Old Red Courthouse, the location where President Kennedy was assassinated, and the log cabin where John Neely Bryan, founder of Dallas, once lived.

Other tours are built around an attraction, such as a visit to the home of TV’s Ewing family from the 80s show “Dallas.” You can also have the company design a custom tour.

The Dallas Historical Society offers several historical bus tours. Its themed tours run regularly: In October, for example, the society offers several cemetery and haunted Dallas bus tours.

In the Lee Harvey Oswald tour you’ll see where the assassin of JFK went on the day he killed the president, or in the Neon Lights tour you’ll see signs both old and new in downtown Dallas and Northern Oak Cliff.

The Downtown Lowdown tour explains the origins of the downtown neighborhoods, including the Arts District. Members of the historical society receive a discount, and some of the tours include lunch.
