AENA advisers and air traffic controllers ‘ union USCA trading yesterday until late at night looking for an urgent agreement to save the pitfall of outlet operation today.
The main reason for the controversy is the disagreement AENA and drivers have with respect to the monthly designation system drivers to take different shifts and areas of work and that, therefore, determines the days off and rest aviation personnel.
The aim of the new negotiations to be resumed this morning is to try to find the last chance to save the peace in the imminent departure to begin operation this afternoon, and both passengers and airlines do not have to suffer the consequences of delays flight cancellations, flyovers and other stresses.
The positions are found: while AENA refuse to accept a deal that is outside the ranges established for this group in the legislation, drivers ‘ unions cling to the “wide margin ” for negotiation, according to them, allows current agreement.
